Are you handy, resourceful, and enjoy helping your community?
La Solitude is looking for a dedicated volunteer handyperson to help with various small maintenance and repair projects.

Role Description :
As a volunteer handyperson, you’ll play an important role in keeping our indoor and outdoor spaces safe, functional, and welcoming for all community members and visitors.

Examples of Tasks :
Small repairs (fences, sheds, wooden structures, etc.)
Installing shelves, hooks, signs, or light equipment
Assisting with small projects (e.g., building a garden bed, fixing a shelter, etc.)
Basic maintenance of tools and equipment
Helping out with seasonal work or special events

What We’re Looking For :
Basic experience in DIY, carpentry, or general maintenance
Hands-on attitude, independence, and attention to detail
Ability to work alone or as part of a team
Having your own tools is an asset (but not required)

Schedule :
Flexible – based on your availability and ongoing projects. Even a few hours a month can make a big difference!
